Introduction
TMT Concreting & Maintenance Services collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you fill out a site visit or quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you’re interested in, and any message you choose to send. We also receive standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, request time, page visited).
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, prepare and send a quote, and follow up about your job. We don’t use it for advertising or marketing campaigns.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do use a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Resend: email delivery for form submissions sent to Nick.
- Vercel: web hosting and deployment.
Both providers are bound by their own privacy policies and only handle the data they need to perform the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information for the duration of the customer relationship and for up to seven years afterwards, in line with Australian record-keeping requirements for tax and consumer law purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing tmtconcreting@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
